The architect who designs it is with you on site.
Since 2015, from our base in Ankara, we have been designing, building and renovating villas, homes, factories and commercial buildings.

LinkedIn profileİhsan Yiğit Öztürk is an interior architect with 10 years of experience and a degree in Interior Architecture from Başkent University. He brought the design and construction experience of his previous firm, LUCA Mimarlık, to İhsan Yiğit Architecture & Engineering, which he founded in 2015 around one simple idea: the person who draws the project should also run the site.
Today we work across Türkiye from Ankara, at every scale — from villas and detached houses to apartment buildings, from factories and warehouses to supermarkets and stores. The same team carries each project from architectural design and permits through structural works and finishes to turnkey handover, and we also take on renovation, strengthening and repair of existing buildings.
What this gives you is a single point of contact: every decision on the drawing is made knowing how it will be built, cost and schedule are discussed openly from day one, and we stand behind the work after handover.

What we care about
Being on site
We run the site in person, every day. Decisions are made where the work happens, not at a desk.
One point of contact
Design, permits, construction and handover sit with one team, so responsibility never gets lost in between.
Clear accounts
We share cost and schedule in writing and discuss every change with you before it is made.
Built to last
We choose materials and details with the years ahead in mind, and we stand behind our work after handover.
