Personal data we process

• Contact form: full name, phone, email, project type and anything you write in your message.
• Careers form: full name, email, phone, position, your note and the information in your CV.
• Security: IP address and access logs kept by the hosting provider.

Purposes

• Replying to quote and information requests and carrying out project discussions.
• Reviewing job and internship applications and contacting you about suitable positions.
• Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse.

Legal basis

We process your data under KVKK Art. 5/2: where it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), to comply with our legal obligations (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided this does not harm your fundamental rights (f).

Transfers

Form submissions and CVs are stored on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., our hosting and storage provider, whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers are made only to provide the service and in line with KVKK Art. 9. We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.

Retention

• Contact messages: up to 2 years after your request is closed.
• Job applications and CVs: up to 1 year from the application date; you can ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion where the conditions are met,
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
