What kind of projects does İhsan Yiğit Architecture & Engineering take on?
We design and build villas and detached houses, apartment buildings, industrial buildings such as factories and warehouses, and commercial buildings such as supermarkets and stores. We also take on renovation, repair and refurbishment of existing buildings.
Do you only produce drawings, or do you also build?
Both. The team that designs the project also runs the site and the construction. You can also hire us for design only or construction only.
How long does a turnkey villa take?
It depends on the size of the project and the permit process. In the first meeting we review your plot and brief and give you a written schedule.
Where do you work?
We take on projects across Türkiye. For construction work we assess the location together in the first meeting.
